and they are able to specify who are allowed to read or
edit these contents.

Search Engine:
- Advanced searches can be performed across all content
and applications in the portal from a single query and
the search function is available on every web page for
easy accessibility.
- The search engine goes beyond just searching for standard
keywords to understanding the taxonomy of the content
within the site, ensuring that each search is significant.
- It allows for Wildcard, Metadata and Proximity searches
as well.
- Capable of performing searches against MS Office Package
(.ppt, .xls, .doc), Project, HTML, Text and Rich Text
