The great thing about starting a company from
scratch is that you can help shape its culture
from the start, working on a clean slate without
the usual historical encumbrances. So in 2000,
when we founded Relevanz, we wanted to build a
great company, with a culture that would truly
distinguish us. Our hope is that our culture would
be the reason companies would want to do business
with us and the reason talented people would want
to join our company. From our efforts, we have
seen our business grow and a talented team emerge;
we continue to emphasize our culture and values
as guiding forces in whatever we do.
For we believe that while some
